My work explores the interplay of shape, colour and line; creating a dynamic visual experience by layering geometric and organic forms over one another.

Tu es sur le bon chemin/You are on the right path
2024
I was given total creative freedom for the design of this wall. With this liberty, I was inspired by thoughts of “what would I want to read on a wall? What is important to me right now?”
Tu es sur le bon chemin (You are on the right path) is a reminder that, despite the worries we have about our decisions, imposter syndrome and the uncertain state of the world, every choice we make leads us in the right direction of where we’re supposed to be going.
The words “bon chemin” are woven into the pink waves of the mural, symbolizing the different paths we face in life. Each one offers us a new direction. Whatever you choose, trust that you’re heading where you need to go.

Hymne a la vie, Outdoor Exhibition at Place de Castelnau
2024
This was an outdoor exhibition in my neighborhood, shared with Izabelle Duguay, where we explored the energy, vitality, and essence of life. I drew inspiration from the buzzing energy of summer—the season of possibility that we wait so long for in Canada. My work featured geometric abstract compositions infused with day and night motifs, reflecting the vibrancy and sense of potential that summer brings, all electrified by bright colors.
We each painted nine 5x5’ panels, along with two public seating installations, which were spread out over three blocks. From June to early November, these blocks were closed to cars, transforming into a pedestrian street. People sipped their coffees and worked remotely at the seating installations, surrounded by colorful art and the warmth of the sun.

It Takes a Village, Maison de Naissance Anne Courtemanche
2024
For this second project with the Maison de Naissance, I used the same palette as in their stairwell, and created a series of murals based on the idea that it takes a village to raise a child. Five murals line their hallway, one between each of the midwives’ offices. Expecting and new families will pass through this hallway when meeting with their midwife, guiding them through their birthing process. The project also included a mural as a frame for where Polaroids of the families with their children are posted, and another that decorates a play area where families await their appointments.
Each composition has a large circle, which represents the child. Each child is layered with ovals, which represent the parents and people in the child’s community who work together to raise them. Some ovals are not superimposed directly on the circle, but on the other ovals. They represent people who play a role in the child’s happiness and health, but who are not directly involved in the child’s life. These can be friends of parents or people in the outside community, who also contribute to the ability of parents to care for the child safely and successfully. The ribbons that cross over each design represent the paths that the children and their families will take during their lives.

Summer School Roast, 49th Parallel Coffee Roasters
2024
I had the pleasure of collaborating with 49th Parallel on their 2024 limited summer collection, which included their Summer School coffee roast, a tote bag, a coffee tumbler, and a camp mug!

Mural for AirBnb.

Le Jardin du Monastère
2024
This immersive mural was commissioned by Le Monastère for their 2024 summer season. On Friday evenings, their Jardin du Monastère transformed into a vibrant gathering space, where visitors could sip cocktails and watch circus performances ranging from juggling to acrobatics. The mural served as both a striking backdrop for these performances and a welcoming space for the public to relax, whether enjoying a meal with friends or unwinding after work.

Terrasse Perché of Hotel William Gray
2023
Mural for entrance of Terrasse Perché in Hotel William Gray, Old Port of Montreal.
Studio Epix
2023
Epix Bootcamp is a fun, energetic gym that is run by folks who are lively and welcoming. In early 2023, they wanted to revamp their hallway to reflect that same energy for their clients. I went with an abstract 80s Memphis Style-inspired design, using the company’s bright yellow, and other fun colours to really pop against the black background.

Pacific Dreams - Eureka Street Art Festival
2023
My largest mural and road painting to date, measuring over 100ft long, this was painted for Eureka Street Art Festival in California. Keeping the theme of whales in mind, I used pastel blues to create texture emulating the surface of water, and made the whales tonal so it looks like you can see the whales swimming just below the surface.

Barbie Dream Home
2023
Suzi moved into a new apartment and wanted to turn it into a 70s Barbie Dream house. I used these themes as inspiration for this abstract design.

Blooming Pathways - Maison de Naissance Anne Courtemanche
2023
Using a more earth-toned palette, with softer colours of terracotta, orange, pale yellow, sage, and rosemary, this mural represents the journey of a seed’s evolution into a flower, across five distinct stages, spanning from the first floor to the second.
You can see the seeds' inception, growth into sturdy seedlings, emergence of a promising flower bud, the gradual unfurling of the bloom, and the grand revelation of its fully open and radiant form. At every phase, an expanding circle symbolizes the miracle of life developing in the womb, culminating in the imagery of a mother tenderly cradling her child within the blossom.

Stella Artois Window Vinyls
2022
Stella Artois wanted to celebrate the history of Quebec City by displaying some art to in windows of dépanneurs and grocery stores in the city. Each of these 3 designs highlight a landmark in the city: Le Chateau Frontenac, the Ice Hotel constructed during le Festival Bonhomme each winter, and the Notre-Dame-Des-Victoires Church, one of the oldest churches in all of North America.

Gallery Parfois
2023
I had the pleasure of transforming Gallery Parfois’ stairwell with this happy, bouncy design that leads you up the stairwell to the gallery.

Mile End Dream
2023
10x24” Acrylic on wood panel
Commissioned for some close friends, this painting is a cosmic, colourful depiction of the famous Mile End borough of Montreal. I wanted to interpret this scene through a landscape that is depicted in both day and night.
I made sure to include lots of little details to be discovered: an alley cat, the church of St. Michaels and St. Anthony, a bagel shop with smoke billowing from the chimney (is it St. Viateur or Fairmount? For you to decide…), a spiral staircase between the triplexes, where you can even see a little dog looking eagerly out the window, and of course, Mount Royal sitting comfortably behind it all.

The Rainbow Mural - Pop Montreal
2021
I was invited to create a mural in an old industrial space in the Chabanel district of Montreal. Myself and a handful of other artists were given carte blanche to transform the space as we liked. The final pieces served as backdrop to a Pop Montreal event with live music and DJs.
I wanted to do something unapologetically rainbow, that transformed 3 walls of the space, making it feel like there were colours dripping down the windows and walls of the area, framing the bar for the evening.

Take Your Time - Canettes de Ruelle
2022
Though the colourful pattern is complicated and somewhat confusing to the eye, the message, take your time, asks the viewers to slow down while viewing the piece — a good reminder to use in any given moment.

Brighter Days - Canettes de Ruelle
2023
Earlier this year, I drew and painted a lot of art about water. Now, at the end of summer, I find myself studying the clouds. I’ve gone from looking down to looking up. Clearly in my Blue Era, this mural represents a period of time where my mind felt very cloudy. It was a summer of new challenges and experiences, and of course rain and storms.
Managing new challenges often feels like I’m wading my way through a fog: never knowing what’s ahead and always feeling like my vision is partially blocked. I suppose that’s a normal feeling. But then, I included the sun to remind us (myself) that there is a light at the end of the tunnel, something to look forward to, something to shine light in the darkness.
